I’m really excited about the Doc Johnson Truskyn line because: affordability. While I do think that Vixskin is a bit more realistic and Tantus O2 offers people some more visually appealing options like the Cush and Flurry if you’re not into realistics, many people can’t afford to spend $100 or so on a very realistic dual-density dildo. Although, the Tantus Cush and Flurry are priced the same as the most expensive Truskyn at SheVibe. I had a lot of requests last year to review affordable sex toys, and since my reviews are for my readers I have no reason to stick my nose in the air over trying out some lower-cost toys for you. So not only am I happy that this line exists…I’m happy that I LIKE it! Not a single dildo in the line is over $69, and some are under $50! The plugs are super affordable, too, they’re all priced at $25.

This year I actually didn’t TRY to pick “best” toys that were new to the market (unlike years prior where it was my rule); it just worked out that way. When I went over my list of reviews I realized that I didn’t review nearly as many things as I thought I did. Improvement for 2016! This year’s post features two things that are different from past years – primarily, the video. It’s long (15 minutes) and goes into way more detail about why I love or hate each item on the list, and I even cry at one point. Yes, I’m a sappy fucker! CU in Bed CuRious Wand

While I love all that Njoy does, they haven’t done anything new in years so I’m always open to exploring other quality metal sex toys. A few months ago at SHE NYC I had the chance to talk to the guys of CU in Bed, who make copper alloy sex toys like the CuRious Wand. Why copper? We’ll get to that in a minute.
