A glass dildo. What can one say about it, really? I can tell you that it’s not as weighty as I expected it to be. Girls, have you had that experience with the glass ones? I realize it’s not going to be as hefty as my beloved Pure Wand, but I have glass figures/decorative items so I know how heavy solid glass is. Perhaps it is because this is Pyrex glass? It only weighs a smidge over 9 ounces (yes I got curious just now and weighed it, shush). It is the prettiest toy that I own, though!

As you see in the photo it comes in a box – kinda like the Pure Wand box but lesser quality construction. It’s fine for keeping it in your drawer or such, but it wouldn’t be for travel. I wish that the company included a padded soft drawstring pouch with it.

This particular one has a curve to it for G-spot play, a less pronounced curve than Pure, so I didn’t find it as easy to use.  Others may disagree with me. According to the specs provided to Pinkcherry.com by the manufacturer, they say that the width of the bulbous ends is 1.5″ – it’s not. At the widest point, which isn’t very much surface area, it is 1.25″. The “shaft” portion is 1″ wide.

Many people, when they buy a glass dildo, are buying it for aesthetic reasons as well. And when a glass dildo is photographed on a white background with professional lighting the colors are going to appear brighter, more vibrant, in the photograph as compared to you holding it in your hand. I’ve read reviews of cobalt glass dildos appearing much darker than they expected them to be. Pinkcherry has numerous photos of the dildo against a different backdrop, but I think that the photo above is a pretty damn close representation of the color you’ll see in person. The raised bumps and swirls that are the red portion might provide extra sensory stimulation for some women but they do not for me personally. That’s just how I am though.

As with all glass dildos, any type of lube can be used and you require quite a bit less.
