Wanton Wednesday: Like My Hair, I’m Only Kinky Sometimes
My hair can be unruly. By very nature it’s not straight (neither am I) but it’s not seriously kinky (neither am I). I keep it tamed down most of the time because that’s what fits best (both my sexuality and my hair) but occasionally……very occasionally….I can pull off the wild-n-kinky – with both my hair and my sexuality. There was a time not too many years ago here when I was starting to get pretty damn kinky. These days, not so much. Rough me up a lil, take control….kink-lite, I call it. That’s all my hair can muster up, too. Kink-lite. Kinda curly, kinda wavy, kinda messy. Sometimes it’s just a mess (like me) and sometimes I can make it look like I intended it, rather than woke up that way. Also, like kink, achieving this look took way more accoutrements (hair products) than I use in daily life.
