HNT: The Importance of a Good Bra
It’s said that many women wear the wrong size of bra.
It’s also said that many women wear their bras for much longer than they should, i.e. the number of times. That they should have replaced it much sooner with a newer one.
In the two days that I had to go without a better bra when a few of my nicer daily bras died within a day, I had to resort to bras that I didn’t wear much. I knew that didn’t give me that great of a silhouette and the support could have been better. But it wasn’t until I got the new bras that I really truly realized the gravity of situation (pun intended).
As I took a pic of this new top while in the dressing room that day and sent it off to BadBadGirl for shopping approval, before the bra shopping commenced, she said “Is it the shirt, or does your bra need more support???”. It’s the bra. Thanks for noticing. ;)
I’ll have you know that after I saw the “before” shots…..I promptly threw out the bra I had been wearing for these pics. There was nothing wrong with it, per se, it just sucked at the whole “lift and support” deal.

A good bra does make a difference!
I suppose that I should invest some $ in some good bras but I don’t really have any boobs. In fact, one of my girlfriends made fun of me because she said I don’t have boobs. That’s why I just wear sports bras.
I went to a bra party a couple weeks back and was amazed that I was off on my bra size and how the new bra I tried on really flattered my shape and helped. I need to actually buy a good bra now, rather than just try them on.

I have a thing for bras.. I prolly own 40.. i buy them every time i go shopping.. but, in reality, i only have 3 or 4 that truly support me. the rest are just for frill.

The importance of a great bra is so undersold! The pics with the excellent bra really are remarkable.
I don’t know where you shop, but I buy the Cacique Plunge bras at Lane Bryant and I swear it’s like I have a whole new wardrobe when I put one on (as compared to my other not-so-great bras).
It does make quite the difference! Love your new bra, and as usual, your pictures are just lovely :)
